Essentials
The core product — AI text-back for every missed call, lead qualification, and a basic daily morning summary. Best for solo operators who want to stop losing jobs to missed calls and don't need advanced reporting or team features.
Morning report: On Essentials, your daily report is a brief count of overnight conversations and your most urgent item. You don't get real-time lead notifications — all updates come via the morning report and your dashboard.
Professional
Everything in Essentials plus real-time notifications, email summaries, team support, and integrations. Best for growing businesses with more volume and a team to coordinate with.
Real-time notifications: When a hot or warm lead comes in, you get an instant SMS (and optionally email) with the customer's details and a dashboard link — no waiting for the morning report.
Business
Everything in Professional, plus unlimited team members and enhanced analytics with trend data. Best for established businesses with higher call volume and multiple staff members who need access.
How to upgrade
Go to your dashboard and open the Account panel (bottom of the left menu). Click Manage Billing to access the Stripe billing portal, where you can upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
