Connecting Jobber

The Jobber integration lets your AI automatically create Jobber clients and service requests when a hot lead is captured — no manual entry needed.

   In your dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Jobber

   Click Connect Jobber. You'll be redirected to Jobber to authorize AdaptLocal.

   Sign in to Jobber and click Allow.

   You'll be redirected back to your AdaptLocal dashboard. The integration is now active.

How leads sync

When your AI captures a hot lead, AdaptLocal automatically:

• Creates a new Client in Jobber with the customer's name and phone number
• Creates a Request linked to that client with the service type, location, and notes from the conversation
• Tags the request as "Captured by AdaptLocal AI" so you know where it came from

If a customer's address is captured later in the conversation, AdaptLocal automatically attaches it to the Jobber client record.

Connecting from Jobber's marketplace

If you install AdaptLocal from Jobber's App Center, we automatically try to match your Jobber account to your AdaptLocal account by account ID or business name. If auto-matching fails, you'll be taken to a linking page where you can enter your AdaptLocal email or phone number to complete the connection.

Disconnect Jobber

Go to Settings → Integrations → Jobber → Disconnect. Existing Jobber records are not affected — the integration just stops creating new ones. You can reconnect at any time.
