How Consent Is Collected

AdaptLocal uses three consent paths. In all cases, the end user initiates contact first. No unsolicited outbound messages are ever sent.

Opt-Out & Help Keywords

You can manage your messaging preferences at any time by replying with the following keywords:

Keyword What Happens
STOP Immediately opts you out of all future messages. A single confirmation is sent.
HELP Sends support information, opt-out instructions, and contact details.
START Re-subscribes you to messages if you previously opted out.

Message Details

Message frequency: Varies based on your interactions. Typical conversations range from 1–50 messages. You will not receive messages unless you initiate contact.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Carriers: Compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

Data & Privacy

AdaptLocal does not share, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected as part of the AdaptLocal SMS program will only be used to deliver the AI text-back service.

No contact lists are purchased or used. No unsolicited outbound messages are sent to users who have not first initiated contact via text or phone call.
